Job description: Recruitment & Business Development Administration Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy and supportive office environment. As an assistant, you will help with administrative support across both recruitment and business development functions. Daily tasks will include updating records in our CRM systems (ConnectWise and GlassHive) and ATS (Manatal), assisting with scheduling, preparing reports, and supporting lead and candidate tracking.Role Description This Work Placement Experience Programme provides Participants with an opportunity to gain meaningful work experience, learning and training while on the programme. This programme is for jobseekers who are in receipt of qualifying social welfare payments and those transferring from a social welfare scheme or an ETB Training Allowance. Your eligibility for this programme will be verified by the Department as part of the application process. Formal Training You’ll receive structured onboarding and training to help you confidently support the business: ConnectWise CRM – Learn to manage contact records, log communications, and assist with pipeline tracking GlassHive – Support email campaign tracking, lead management, and simple report generation Manatal ATS – Assist with job posting, candidate updates, and recruitment process tracking Training will be delivered through live walkthroughs, documentation, and guided practice with the support of experienced team members. Informal Training You’ll also learn through daily collaboration, shadowing, and hands-on experience. This includes: Supporting live tasks with ongoing supervision and feedback Participating in team discussions and planning activities Contributing to system clean-ups, report formatting, and process improvements Asking questions and growing your skills in a supportive, real-world setting
