Job description: As part of the Cabin Crew recruitment team your role will deliver a seamless recruitment experience for the Emirates Group, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring candidates align with our values and are capable of excelling in their roles.   • Understand Recruitment Needs: Translate departmental needs into annual recruitment plans
  • Advisory Role: Guide Talent Acquisition Coordinators on best practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support Recruitment Campaigns: Manage high-volume recruitment for Cabin Crew both locally and globally.
  • Effective Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to choose the best recruitment channels, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and ATS to attract top talent.
  • Selection Methodologies: Recommend and implement assessment techniques to identify candidates’ technical and cultural fit, guiding hiring managers in decision-making.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong, professional relationships with hiring managers, balancing process integrity with departmental needs.
  • 12 yrs schooling or equivalent and +5 years of recruitment experience OR Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency recruiter

Knowledge/skills:

  • Desirable: CIPD or any other HR professional certification
  • Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checks)
  • Demonstrable ability to record and maintain high volumes of data to a high degree of integrity in order to create informative management reporting with clear recommendations for improvement
  • Intermediate excel skills are required (Advanced – desirable)
  • Ability to organise skills assessment centres (In tray activities, work samples, presentation topics)
