Job description: We are currently partnering exclusively with a dynamic Irish non-profit in their search for a Recruitment Advisor.
For this role, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to champion the potential of young people from diverse backgrounds and ignite the same enthusiasm in leading Irish employers. This multifaceted role offers a unique blend of hands-on recruitment, strategic relationship cultivation, and impactful business development, providing unparalleled insight into Ireland’s diverse organisational landscape. • Cultivate and manage relationships with graduate talent.
• Deliver impactful career coaching through individual sessions and engaging workshops.
• Leverage a keen understanding of graduate skills and aspirations to achieve successful job placements.
• Collaborate with Employer Partnership Managers on impactful employer engagement events.
• Empower learners with the knowledge and support needed to excel in their matched roles, including delivering constructive mock interviews.
• Proactively promote job opportunities through online channels.
• Meticulously track placement success and gather compelling impact stories.
• Uphold our commitment to safeguarding by responding appropriately to any concerns in line with policy.

Experience/Requirements

• Proven recruitment expertise, with a strong emphasis on candidate screening and evaluation.
• Valuable experience gained within a recruitment agency setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrable ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and cultivate strong client relationships within a recruitment context.
• Experience in effectively managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders, engaging regularly with heads of departments.
• A genuine passion for connecting with and inspiring young talent.
• A strong understanding of Safeguarding principles and reporting procedures.
• Adaptability and initiative honed through exposure to fast-paced environments, ideally within a startup or entrepreneurial setting, with a track record of independent work.
