– 4 years of owning the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress and following up with candidates who are not selected
– At least 2 years experience with sourcing top 10% talent
– A high level of experience in processes and human resources procedures
– The ability to guide new hires through an onboarding training
– Psychometrician, PHR and SHRM certificate is a plus
