Job description: Record to Report (RtR) Specialist – Fixed Assets & Financial ReportingWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RtR Specialist to join our Global Finance Shared Services team. This role will be primarily responsible for managing Fixed Assets Accounting, monitoring CWIP, ensuring CAPEX/OPEX control, and supporting financial reporting activities. • Maintain and reconcile the fixed asset register.
• Ensure accurate capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
• Monitor CWIP and ensure timely capitalization.

CAPEX/OPEX Control:

• Track and analyze capital and operational expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and budgetary controls.

MIS Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly management reports.
• Provide insights and variance analysis to support decision-making.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations:

• Perform timely and accurate reconciliations of relevant accounts.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.

Statutory Financial Statements Support:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statement schedules under local GAAPs.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.
• Fixed Assets verification and tagging.
• Internal audit and Statutory audit.

What you can be?

• Qualified/ Semi qualified CA /CMA
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in related domain
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and local GAAPs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Good with cross functional follow ups
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse terrain
• Good analytical skills
