Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionAs the Global Business Process Specialist for Record to Report – Management Accounting, you are part of the Global Business Process Management Organization in Roche Services & Solutions. Roche is running an enterprise-wide business transformation program that will harmonize all core end-to-end processes across the Roche enterprise and enable their execution from one standardized IT system template. In this role, you will govern deployment of financial core processes of the Aspire Global Template in the E2E process area Record to Report Management Accounting. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the continuous global harmonization, standardization and automation of the Management Accounting processes including the global process design and its delivery to various stakeholders. You will work in close collaboration with representatives from various business functions from Finance, Commercials, Supply Chain and IT, cross divisionally (Pharma and Diagnostics).You will be:Being part of the Aspire Deployment community you focus on Aspire Global Template delivery in the area of R2R Management Accounting to legal entities of the Roche Group. Actively pursue the implementation of the E2E BPM strategy according to guardrails set by the E2E GBPO and GBPMs. Deliver solutions including processes, technology & analytics in the area of Management Accounting, in line with the E2E BPM strategy & guardrails as well as continuous improvements, with support of the GBPM and GBPSsSupport business acceptance globally across divisions and functions on an operating level. Responsible for global and cross divisional state-of-the-art process design/redesign in the area of Management Accounting, in line with the E2E BPM guardrails from the GBPO and GBPMs. Decision making in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails by GBPM & GBPOWorks closely with the E2E GBPMs & GBPS network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions. Liaise with Global Business Process Managers to manage gaps and support solution development from the business process perspective. Supporting governance boards across functions and within programs or projectsResponsible for prioritisation, justification and realisation of change requests in line with the strategic roadmap Record to Report, with support of the GBPM and GBPSs. Ensure documentation of process requirements, implementation through guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures for the Record to Report areaWorking closely together with the RSS Operations Centers to drive and support process improvement wherever possible. The position may involve a fair amount of travel (up to 20%)Who you areYou have a business degree or a financial education and 4-5 years of work experience in that area. You also bring international or global/corporate experience and proven track record of participating in global projects/initiatives (preferably transformational in nature) and cross functional teams.Experience in participating in SAP roll out/ deployment project. Ability to discuss finance core business scope with finance professionals. Business Process Management skillsExperience in Management Accounting/ Financial Controllin. Understanding of R2R Management Accounting processes and its relation to other process areas. Experience in SAP Finance (Controlling/ Management Accounting)Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; experience in identifying and leading change initiatives and proven track record of effective decision makingStrong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams and stakeholder communities (Business and IT).
