Job description: Job Description:For our client, a private bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a Reconciliations Specialist for a 12-month mission.Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash, securities, and fund reconciliations accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor reconciliation activities, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and departments to investigate and resolve outstanding issues.

• Provide internal support on reconciliation-related matters across various departments within the bank.

• Prepare and deliver regular reports to management and relevant stakeholders.

• Participate in projects related to reconciliations, contributing to process improvements and system enhancements.

• Identify potential risks, escalate issues when necessary, and support risk mitigation strategies.

• Manage data flows and maintain configurations in the core reconciliation systems.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of cash, securities, and fund reconciliation processes.

• Knowledge of banking operations and financial products.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to identify risks and proactively address them.

• Experience with reconciliation systems and tools is a plus.
