With a network encompassing more than 1,500 supported dentists, Abano Healthcare is dedicated to fostering excellence and innovation within the dental profession.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Reconciliations Analyst to join our finance team.The Reconciliations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records through the execution of regular reconciliations. This role involves reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, investigating variances, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues. The Reconciliations Analyst plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting timely financial reporting.Competitive salary on offer with flexible working arrangements available.Your role as Reconciliations Analyst will include:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in reconciliations, financial analysis, or transactional accounting processes.
  • Familiarity with banking and payment systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to detect and correct errors in large amounts of financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with large datasets and perform complex reconciliations.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple reconciliations and meet tight deadlines.
  • Initiative: Proactively identifies issues and suggests improvements to current processes.
