Job description: Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliation of cash, securities, and fund transactions.
• Identify and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Ensure proper monitoring and control of the bank’s transactional activities.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and present them to management.
• Understand different operations processes and products;Participate in all projects related to reconciliations.
• Participate in continuous improvement of reconciliation processes and propose innovative solutions.
• Provide internal support to different departments of the bank on reconciliation matters.
• Identify risks and escalate when appropriate.

You have a strong experience in reconciliationThis experience was built in a private bank in GenevaExperience Required:

• Previous experience in reconciliation within the banking sector, preferably in private banking.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in reconciliation tools and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (fluent in both).

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
