Job description: CREGG is delighted to be recruiting a Reconciliation and Credit Control Administrator to join a busy finance team for a well-known healthcare insurance company based in Ennis, Co. Clare. This is a fulltime, permanent position which will require the candidate to be based onsite 3 days per week. Excellent opportunity that would suit an experienced individual looking to take their career to the next level.Group Reconciliation

• Reconcile incoming group payments
• Liaise with group contacts to rectify any discrepancies
• Liaise with individual policyholders to rectify discrepancies
• Update individual policyholders’ status
• Update the group details
• Generate monthly invoices
• Maintain and update group priority checklists
• Answer incoming calls and email queries within the required SLA
• Maintain and promote good working relationships with group contacts

Claims Support

• Run premium checks for claims that fall within the ‘check’ criteria
• Amend and update bank details for policyholders
• Release Proviso policies
• Undertake other general clerical duties to be carried out as directed

Essential

• Previous accounts receivable experience
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Strong telephone communication skills essential
• Proficient in Excel and all MS packages
• Team player with an ability to build internal and external relationships
• Quick thinker with problem solving skills
• Good time-management skills
