The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in reconciliation/payment within banking and good knowledge in SWIFT; has to be proactive and fluent in in English. about the job …

• Perform daily reconciliations of currency accounts for multiple entities, meeting deadlines
• Conduct initial checks to enable manual matching when possible
• Review and assign unresolved items to the correct department for resolution
• Look into unidentified amounts with the Nostro Agent and internal teams
• Regularly follow up on and escalate any outstanding discrepancies as needed
• Record entries, including charges and small differences
• Send and correct SWIFT messages to the right department on time
• Create daily and monthly reports by the deadlines

skills & experiences required

• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
• 2 years of experience in back office functions, preferably in payment/reconciliation
• Strong SWIFT knowledge
• Fluency in English is a must
• Able to work independently
