About the RoleLooking for your next big opportunity? We’ve got an exciting Receptionist role just for you! In this position, you’ll get to you’ll get to provide exceptional customer service to our staff and visitors, making a real impact.The successful candidates will work on key responsibilities like:

• Manage front-desk duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling enquiries
• Ordering and coordinating office supplies, kitchen stock, mail, couriers, and catering
• Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• Arranging Inductions with the Health and safety team
• Facilitating the Training rooms bookings
• Assisting and supporting on all building maintenance queries
• Maintaining the Access control system and allocation of cards
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

• Experienced in reception and/or administration
• Friendly, professional, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Quick to learn new systems and tools
