4. What software and tools are you proficient in for managing real estate transactions?

6. Describe a time when you held others accountable, even when it’s uncomfortable, in order to get the job done, whether within the team or with clients. How did you communicate it to them?Job Responsibilities
> Handle contracts, amendments, and forms with brokers, title companies, and lenders.
> Manage compliance processes and documentation for Buyers and Sellers.
> Coordinate communication and tasks with vendors, contractors, agents, and clients.
> Prepare Buyer books and monthly market statistics/data charts.
> Create CMA reports and listing presentations.
> Onboard listings, including staging, marketing, and MLS documentation.
> Implement marketing plans, update property statuses, and manage weekly feedback
> Maintain client files and manage documents in Dotloop and Gdrive.Job Requirements
> Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the US real estate industry.
> Familiarity with real estate contracts, compliance processes, and transaction management software (e.g., Dotloop, MLS, CSS Scheduler).
> Strong organizational skills and ability to manage timelines effectively.
> Excellent communication skills and accountability.
> Availability to assist on weekends occasionally.
> Experience running daily huddles and weekly team meetings is a plus.To apply:
