• Monitor the Project from Concept Stage to Completion, manage the project cost and timeline.
• Secure all permits and collaborate closely with local team
• identify potential land for future development
• Acted as client representative to work closely with local authorities and project stakeholders
• Bridge the language differences

Profile

• Degree in Project Management , Real estate or a related degree
• over 8 yrs project management experience in Japan
• Able to work with local architect and external project team

Job Offer
