What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage with our treasure trove of leads through calls, emails, and texts (no carrier pigeons, though—yet).

Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business: Proactively prospect and engage with our database of leads through calls, emails, and texts. You’ll be the Sherlock Holmes of real estate—minus the hat, unless you want to wear one.
  • Host Open Houses and Showings: Be the face of our team at open houses and property tours, showcasing homes that meet your clients’ unique needs. Bring your charm and maybe some cookies—everyone loves cookies!
  • Negotiate Deals: Act as a trusted advisor during negotiations, ensuring that all parties achieve their desired outcomes in the transaction. Remember, it’s all about win-win situations.
  • Accountability for Outcomes: You’ll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from client prospecting to post-closing follow-up. Think of it as being a real estate superhero—cape optional.
  • Embrace Community: Build and strengthen relationships within the community. Get involved in outreach and events to grow both your personal and professional networks.

RequirementsThe Details:

  • You need an Alberta real estate license, or be ready to get one. We’ll help you get through it—it’s easier than untangling your headphones!
  • Make 50 calls a day, and have at least 8 meaningful conversations. It is definitely not as daunting as it sounds, promise!
  • Stay on top of your goals and leads in our CRM. We’re big fans of transparency and accountability. Plus, it makes you look super organized.
  • Participate in our daily huddles—think of them like mini pep rallies, but without the pom-poms (unless you’re into that).
