• Oversee day-to-day operations of the real estate office, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and office maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies for all transactions and paperwork.
• Coordinate and assist with real estate transactions, from listing to closing, to ensure a smooth process for clients and agents.
• Develop and implement office procedures and systems to improve efficiency and organization within the office.
• Manage and support a team of real estate agents, providing guidance, training, and resources to help them succeed in their roles.

Qualifications:

• Basic Computer Skills
• Real Estate Office Management Experience
• Time Management Skills
• US Work Authorization
