Requirements

• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
• Candidates must possess at least SPM
• We encourage fresh graduate to join us
• Possess own transport
• Independent, self-motivated and responsible with positive working attitude
• Strong learning attitude and eager for self-development
• Have higher level of enthusiasm and up to challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge in property is an advantage
• Real Estate Negotiator is full commission base

Responsibilities

• Attend customer enquiries
• Able to work during weekends and public holidays
• Attend property roadshow
• Build and maintain relationship with potential prospect
• Source for property listing
• To market new development for sale
• To market properties for sale / rental
• To provide excellent sales service to clients
• To execute marketing plans and follow up sales
• To conduct negotiation on terms and conditions for sale / rental
• To present clients real estate investment opportunities
