Candidates must have at least three years’ real estate experience, which should include any of the following: negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and commercial leases; title and survey review and analysis; negotiations and preparation of commercial loan documents; and community association law and general representation.Candidates must be well organized, efficient, possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable working both as part of a team and independently. Candidates must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
