Permanent Remote | Full-timeWe’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented assistant to support our real estate sales efforts. If you love working with data, enjoy organizing prospect lists, and thrive on keeping things moving behind the scenes, this might be the perfect role for you!What You’ll Be Doing:
Research and generate new sales leads through online platforms and databases
Clean, organize, and maintain lead and contact lists in Excel or Google Sheets
Conduct market research using tools like CoStar, LoopNet, or MLS to support prospecting
Analyze property data, local trends, and market conditions to identify opportunities
Provide day-to-day support to the sales team by keeping data accurate and up to dateWhat We’re Looking For:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Excel and GSheet skills (you should be comfortable using formulas, filters, pivot tables, and data tools)
Experience or willingness to learn real estate research tools like CoStar, LoopNet, or MLS
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
No real estate experience needed (but great if you have it!)
Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
Available to start within 2 weeks from job offerTechnical Requirements:
Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
