Job description: Looking for Experienced Real Estate Agents – Commission-Based Role in the UAEAre you a motivated and experienced real estate agent based in the UAE? We are hiring dynamic professionals to join our growing team.This is a commission-only position – perfect for those who are goal-driven and ready to earn based on performance.What You’ll Do:

• Help clients buy, sell, or rent properties across the UAE.
• Find new leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and online platforms.
• Organize and attend property viewings.
• Give advice on prices, legal steps, and market trends.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients and developers.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ Months of real estate experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of UAE real estate laws and market trends.
• RERA card (preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRMs and property websites like Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle.
• Own car and UAE driving license (preferred).
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a bonus).
• Self-driven and able to work independently.
