We have offices in key CBD locations across Australia and are a full-service property agency specialising in CBD & Inner-city apartment sales, rentals & property management.We operate like most other real estate agencies, except that we exclusively manage and sell Oaks Hotels & AVANI managed properties.Job DescriptionWe currently have an amazing opportunity for a passionate and driven Real Estate Agent to our join MINT Residential team, based in Flemington on a full time basis.Specialising in the sales of Minor Hotels branded apartments and collaborating closely with hotel and building managers, you will proactively pursue listings and sales within the buildings while assisting with investor inquiries from interstate. As Sales Professionals, we engage daily with property owners, benefiting from a warm pool of prospects familiar with our brand.This role provides an outstanding entry into the Apartment Sales sector in Melbourne with leads provided, enabling you to establish a strong market presence and leverage the advantages of being part of a global hotel company.Daily Tasks Include:

• Prospecting to our Oaks and Minor managed buildings
• Co-ordinating inspections with our on-site teams
• Preparing detailed and accurate information for buyers
• Creating listing agreements and contracts
• Conducting open homes and private showings of properties

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will require the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Hold a current Real Estate Agents licence
• Minimum 3 years real estate sales experience
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with owners, hotel managers and other key stakeholders
• Solid knowledge of real estate sales procedures, including a strong understanding of current legislation requirements
• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work towards deadlines and prioritize as required
• Positive attitude, with the ability to work as part of a team but also autonomously
