As a Executive (Rates & Revenue), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing rates for assigned corridors. Your role will involve implementing effective strategies and optimizing revenue streams.Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Analyse market trends and competitors to identify areas for growth.
• Analyse competitor pricing & exchange rates to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement pricing & rates strategies that align with company objectives and revenue targets.
• Monitor and adjust pricing & rate models in response to market dynamics and business goals.
• Conduct regular cost analysis to ensure pricing accuracy and profitability.
• Regularly update the buyer rates in coordination with the treasury department.
• Analyse & implement promotional pricing and rates models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation revenue strategies
• Implement and manage dynamic pricing strategies based on demand forecasts, market trends, and competitor pricing.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports, identifying revenue-generating opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• A minimum of 1.5 to 2 years of experience is required.

• Strong communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Knowledge of digital payments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
• High level of integrity and ethical behaviour in dealing with sensitive pricing information.
