  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Participation in defining new business processes
  • Collaboration in the introduction of new production processes in production
  • Internal interface for communicating the technical aspects/knowledge of FRQ production to the external partner (coordination, feasibility, improvements, etc.)
  • External interface to the customer for the transfer of technical topics to production
  • Support of the organizational interfaces (planning, purchasing, controlling)
  • Responsible for the ramp-up in production throughout the project phases
  • Responsible for the technical coordination between the Frequentis production and the project teams of the external development partner.
  • Coordination, operational execution and support of projects and non-series productions

Key Qualifications

  • Technical education (HTL, FH, TU)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a development-related production environment ideally EMS
  • At least 3 years’ experience in project management – Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented approach to challenges in the team and with the customer
  • Analytical thinking and good understanding of technical contexts (production


development) * High level of customer understanding and confident demeanor paired with independent action and high level of commitment

  • Fluent in German an English
