-Provide a Pro Certified Quickbooks Certificate
-Experienced in Excel, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Asana
-Excellent English written and verbal Clear Communication
-Highly organized and detailed
-High level of accuracy
-Problem solver
-Willingness to learnResponsibilities:
-Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
-Accounts payable entries
-Accounts receivables
-Coding transactions from bank feeds
-Expense and classes allocations
-Income and Sales entries
-Journal entries
-familiar with GST/HST tax
-Project and class allocations in Quickbooks online
-Financial Statements-P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow-Must be able to explain each one and what they do
-Handle numerous clientsMust have:
-2 years previous Full cycle bookkeeping experience
-Fast internet speed
-Computer and private work space
-Provide previous work references that can be contacted
