• Dive deep into understanding the challenges and bottlenecks within QS workflows and processes.
• Deliver presentations that outline the primary QS issues and showcase how the solutions can address to the clinets.
• Collaborate with potential clients to gain a clear understanding of their existing processes, approval systems, and key challenges.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with a range of stakeholders, including teams from QS, Procurement, Project Management, Finance, and Directors, to identify areas for improvement.
• Pitch the company on the solution and how it can optimize workflows and deliver lasting value to clients.

about the manager/team
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Proposal Manager and working a team of proposal executive.skills and experience required

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in construction, consultancy, or a similar environment, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts and cost management practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• A self-driven individual with a strong ability to identify new business opportunities.
