• Language Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates must possess at least Diploma
• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
• Familiarity with relevant construction laws, standards, and regulations in Malaysia.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Good understanding of cost management, contracts, and procurement processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional certification such as RICS, PAM, or IQS would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, labor, and time requirements for projects.
• Monitor project costs and financial progress, ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and agreements for construction projects.
• Perform site visits to monitor progress, assess work quality, and measure quantities.
• Advise on procurement strategies, cost-effective methods, and value engineering options.
• Prepare and manage interim payments, final accounts, and claims.
• Review and assess contractor’s invoices, and negotiate any variations or disputes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and legislation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure all costs and contractual obligations are met.
• Provide cost advice and support to management on various project-related matters.
