Look no further!Your positionAs Quality Specialist in our Quality department, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated Quality team, working together to ensure the quality performance within our organisation and offshore operations across the world. You will act as a key sparring partner for both project management and our clients in improving the quality performance for tenders, projects, and audits.Your primary place of work will be at our Global HQ in Esbjerg by the seafront, with one of the best views in the city. The position is full-time, and we offer flexible working conditions with the possibility of working from home two days a week. You will play a central role in improving the quality performance within Semco Maritime and within complex projects. Furthermore, you will support the development and execution of quality initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibility will also be to ensure quality support in tenders and projects.Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Creating project quality plans, inspection- and test-plans, project specific audit programmes and other project relevant documents.
  • Drive quality in projects.
  • Creating proactive action plans for improvements on basis of data
  • Ensuring compliance to contracts in projects
  • Executing internal audits and supplier audits
  • Contributing to trend analysis from reporting system

Your profile & qualifications
As a person, you possess a proactive and curious mindset, with a systematic and structured approach to your work. You take ownership of your tasks and have an open-minded attitude to create the best results. You have great communication skills and enjoy building relations with people.To succeed in the position, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

  • Preferably a technical background
  • 5+ years of experience in the execution of quality activities
  • Quality experience from similar projects or industries
  • Knowledge of legal requirements
  • Familiar with HSEQ disciplines
  • Knowledge of or experience with ISO 9001 is beneficial
