Job description: Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS in alignment with applicable standards and regulations.
Collaborate with departments to establish and document quality policies, procedures, and processes.
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and recommend corrective actions.
Facilitate management review meetings to evaluate QMS performance and improvement opportunities.
Provide training to employees on QMS requirements and quality objectives.
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction related to product quality and service.
Ensure compliance with ATEX and IECEX standards for explosive atmosphere equipment.
Maintain detailed records of QMS and compliance documentation, including certifications and audit reports.
Identify risks to quality and implement measures to mitigate them.
Communicate QMS performance, audit findings, and improvement plans to senior management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Management Representative or in a similar ISO management role.
In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001:2015 preferred).
Familiarity with ATEX and IECEX compliance is an advantage.
Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
