Job description: Job Title:Quality EngineerSummary: Implement all quality activities including Quality Design, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Improvement, etc. according to Quality System: ISO9001, IATF16949, EFfCI GMP, Halal, etc. and Momentive Quality System and Process. And continuously keep improvement.Responsibilities Include:1.具有丰富的实验室安全管理知识和经验，并将其应用到实验室安全运行上，开展相关安全活动，确保实验室日常工作安全有序进行，无相关安全事故发生。 2.负责编写实验室安全管理的各项规章制度，并培训实验室员工，使得员工深入了解各项规章制度，并在日常工作中得到有效执行，从而达到部门的年度安全目标。3.熟练掌握所负责的生产线产品质量相关知识，在工艺过程质量控制和产品质量控制等方面具备丰富的经验，制定相应的质量控制流程，并应用到实际产品生产活动中，持续改进提高产品质量，从而达到所负责的生产线年度质量目标。4. 负责处理测试异常数据，调查根本原因，并制定有效纠正与预防措施，包括测试仪器，测试人员，生产工艺异常等。5.负责开展质量控制和改进方面的活动，如质量向前看、质量风险评估、质量巡检、客户价值链、质量事故级别等。6.具备丰富的测试仪器方面的知识和经验，制定仪器日常维护和保养计划，能够解决日常测试中仪器出现的故障，使得测试工作顺利进行，无由于仪器故障导致的测试延误。7.根据相应的原料管理流程有效监控原材料的质量，无由于原材料质量问题引起产品不合格现象。8.积极完成NPI/NPT涉及质量方面的工作：建立新的测试方法、确定新的测试仪器参数和型号，员工培训等。无质量因素导致NPI/NPT延误，与其它相关部门密切配合，使得NPI/NPT按期完成。9.协助调查客户对于所负责生产线产品质量投诉，运用质量调查工具，找出根本原因，制定纠正与预防措施，并验证其有效执行，防止质量事故再次发生。10. 具备一定的质量体系运行方面的知识和经验，在工厂协助运行ISO9001, IATF16949、EFfCI GMP、Halal等质量体系，协助开展年度体系内审活动和配合体系外审活动，负责按时关闭所有的发现项目。 负责管理和维护质量相关的文件和记录，包括测试报告记录、检验报告、仪器检验报告，确保文件的准确性和完整性。11. 具备扎实的理论基础知识和实践经验，有良好的微生物实验操作技能；具备丰富份的微生物实验室工作经验，能够独立进行微生物检测、分离、培养和鉴定；熟练掌握微生物实验室的设备操作和维护，包括无菌操作、显微镜使用、培养基制备等。12.管理实验室相关测试设备的清洗消毒，确保设备的微生物控制达到相关要求；负责实验室洁净室的环境监测，确保实验室环境满足微生物控制要求。13. 负责物料的微生物检测工作, 制定相应的SOP，确保产品符合微生物标准。 负责设计和建立微生物实验室，避免引入微生物风险；14.实施实验室微生物风险评估，识别微生物风险点并制定相应的控制措施；将微生物风险控制的内容列入质量管理体系内审中。15.负责化妆品生产中微生物风险的日常控制管理，识别生产中的微生物风险点并制定相应的措施；16.熟悉并遵守相关的化妆品生产质量管理规范和微生物控制标准；如《化妆品生产质量管理规范》。17. 调查产品发生微生物污染事件，查找污染源，并采取有效消毒措施，防止问题再次发生。18. 建立和维护从业人员健康卫生管理制度，对个人卫生进行规范，建立从业人员健康档案；确保工作人员的手卫生和个人卫生符合要求。Qualifications:The following are required for the role

• 微生物学、微生物工程、生物化学、化学、化工或相关专业的本科或以上学历.

Microbiology, Microbial Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry and Chemical Engineering or relevant major with bachelor’s or master’s degree

• 化工、材料等公司质量工作经验.

Quality work experience in the company of Chemical, Material, etc.

• 精通ISO 9001：2015和EFfCI GMP质量管理体系

Strong knowledge and ability in ISO9001:2015 and EFfCI GMP quality management systems

• 英语口语和写作良好

Good written and oral English skill

• 积极诚实、团队合作、良好的沟通技能
