This role will also have responsibilities for maintaining plant quality management system.Responsibilities:

  • Work with PRP to develop the laboratory’s new testing methods and implement ILU with Global labs;
  • Work with the laboratory staff to ensure that all the equipment, materials, and reagents used are well-maintained, calibrated, and fit for purpose.
  • Trouble shooting of testing abnormal and deviation, investigate the measurement system including Operation, Method, Equipment, Sample and Environment.
  • Generate, review, and approve lab reports, certificates of analysis, and other related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lab activities and results.
  • Routine maintain LIMS and SAP daily status review according to product release protocol.
  • Support raw material and packaging material performance monitoring. Support quality engineer to develop raw material incoming inspection methods.
  • Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Other task that assigned from quality Manager.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor or above major in Applied Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry or related
  • Working experience: 5 above years related working experience.
