Key Responsibilities

• Drive the maintenance, improvement, and development of our quality control processes
• Conduct diverse testing, including pH, EC, germination, sieve, mix, nitrogen, and moisture tests
• Input data and prepare reports to support product quality and innovation
• Work collaboratively to enhance product offerings and maintain our reputation for excellence

What We’re Looking For

• While a qualification in horticulture is ideal, it’s not necessary-if you’re interested in the industry, motivated to learn, and have transferable skills, we would love to hear from you!
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Customer service or sales experience is also valuable
• A proactive, solutions-focused mind set with an engaging personality
• Exposure or experience to the horticulture or agriculture experience is a plus
