Do you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude?Join our Telecommunications regional and remote team and play a key role in supporting high-volume fibre, wireless, and satellite installations and maintenance work across regional and remote Australia.What you’ll be doing

• Review and verify high volumes of data (100 jobs per day) submitted by contractors and technicians.
• Confirm that installations meet required quality and compliance standards.
• Finalise invoicing to ensure accurate and efficient billing.
• Communicate with contractors via phone and email to resolve queries and gather additional information as needed.

We’re looking for someone who is:This role is perfect for a recent graduate, someone stepping into an entry-level position, or returning to the workforce who possess the following skills and attributes;

• Strong attention to detail and efficient processing skills
• Confidence to communicate effectively over the phone and through emails.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (processing ~100 jobs/day).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
