They have truly revolutionised the way homeowners, farmers, businesses and conservationists deal with issues in the environment.The opportunityWe are seeking a seasoned industry professional who has experience in the electronics space to bring their Quality and Compliance expertise to a boutique facility. This is an exciting opportunity to leave a lasting impact on a prosperous and profitable company and grow with the business going forward.This role gives you the opportunity to develop a high functioning quality and compliance function to support the business as it continues to grow domestically and internationally. It will be crucial to lead the development of the QMS, manage compliance and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.Each component is meticulously designed in-house and assembled with attention to detail before being delivered to customers. They are aiming for the best circular supply chain while maintaining a high standard which will rely heavily on strong leadership and excellence in the Quality and Compliance space.Some key responsibilities in the role include:

• Design and implement a cross-functional QMS
• Embed IQC/OQC processes and CI methodologies
• Establish QA documentation, audits, KPI Reporting and governance
• Lead B Corp certification initiatives and reporting
• Ensure regulatory compliance across product and manufacturing
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and track regulatory changes
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to integrate compliance considerations into product development
• Establish supplier quality agreements and set clear Incoming Quality Control standards
• Define supplier testing protocols, especially for electronics and PCBs.
• Conduct supplier audits and integrate sustainability criteria into sourcing
• Oversee production line quality control, ensuring real-time defect detection and issue escalation, and managing
• Work closely with Manufacturing & Engineering to establish quality checkpoints at key production stages.
