Job description: Job Description Summary The QMS and Product Quality Leader is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System while overseeing product quality across the organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards，drives quality culture, and leads initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. The QMS and Production Quality Leader is also regarded as the backup role of the site quality manager.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in compliance with applicable standards (ISO 9001, APQP4Wind, etc.).
• Ensure QMS documentation (policies, SOPs, work instructions) is up-to-date and effectively communicated.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), non-conformances, and root cause analysis processes.
• Establish and monitor product quality metrics, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards.
• Manage product deviations, validate, dispose or escalate NC tickets, assign and tracking NC solving actions.
• Lead failure investigations (RCA) and work with internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers/partners to implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
• Train employees on QMS requirements, quality standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires advanced experience (10+ years) in the manufacturing and/or quality area.
• A strong problem solver with focus on detail.
• Good English in writing and speaking.
• Experience in SQE/QMS/PQA/Lean is a plus.
• Experience in Wind energy industry is a plus.
