Job description: Job Title: QA / Test LeadLocation: Oman- OnsiteJob Type: Full-TimeExp: 7years to 10 yearsRole Overview:We are looking for a QA Lead/Test Lead with proven experience in Credit Card Migration projects, specifically involving VisionPLUS to PowerCARD transitions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing quality assurance for complex migration programs and ensuring seamless end-to-end testing and validation.Mandatory Experience:Credit Card Migration Projects – Hands-on experience is essentialStrong understanding of VisionPLUS and PowerCARD platformsProven track record in leading QA activities for core banking/card systems migrationKey Areas of Expertise (Priority Focus):CMS (Card Management System)Data Migration – Validation, transformation, and reconciliationProduct Mapping – Experience aligning legacy and new platform productsPost-Migration Validation – Functional validation and data integrity checksAdditional Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with business and technical requirementsManage and coordinate end-to-end testing activitiesLead QA team and work closely with stakeholders (banking domain SMEs, developers, business analysts)Conduct defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolutionProvide test progress reports and quality metrics to project managementEnsure compliance with QA processes, standards, and best practicesPreferred Skills:Experience working with Middle Eastern banks (Oman/GCC region preferred)Exposure to UAT coordination and production verificationStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
