They are committed to delivering innovative services and creating memorable experiences for their customers, ensuring every journey is extraordinary.Project DetailsIn this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software products through comprehensive manual testing. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to identify, document, and resolve defects, ensuring a seamless user experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and maintain detailed test cases to validate software functionality.Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tracking tools.Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing on web and mobile applications.Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure a high level of software quality.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools to validate backend functionality.Validate data integrity by running SQL queries and performing database testing.Assist in usability and user experience testing to enhance product performance.Provide feedback and recommendations for improving testing processes and methodologies.Requirements3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual testing.Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira, Xray, Zephyr).Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, test plans, and documenting results.Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.Familiarity with SQL for data validation and database testing.Basic knowledge of network and mobile debugging tools (e.g., Charles Proxy, Browser DevTools).Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.Advanced English proficiency.
