Oper currently has offices in Zürich, Switzerland, and Antwerp, Belgium. Tasks Your Mission We are seeking a highly motivated and eager to learn QA Engineer to join our team. You will play a key part in supporting our growth with the European Mortgage Tech market. What you will do As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing our product and ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and performance. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to identify, report, and track defects, and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. Responsibilities Develop and execute manual and automated test plans and test cases to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance Collaborate with Product team to ensure that defects are identified, reported, and tracked Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that product requirements are clearly defined and testable Analyze and report test results, including defects and issues, to stakeholders Participate in development process, including cycle planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and scripts Continuously improve our QA processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with other QA engineers to share best practices and knowledge Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing and quality assurance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance/testing Familiarity with tools like Selenium or Playwright Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Fluency in English Benefits As a fast-growing company, we’re building a stellar team in which you will work with a high level of autonomy.
