Our client is seeking a Contract QA Engineer with strong expertise in Zephyr for test management, test automation, and ERP systems. This role involves applying thorough testing strategies to ensure their accounting and supply chain modules meet quality standards, while creating reliable automated tests to maintain overall system stability.What you will be doing:Develop and maintain test plans, test suites, and test cases using Zephyr.Organize and track test cycles, ensuring full coverage and clear reporting of test results.Create and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.Implement best practices for automation frameworks and continuous integration processes.Validate ERP functionalities, focusing on accounting processes (A/P, A/R, General Ledger) and supply chain modules (order management, procurement, inventory).Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolutions.Partner with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, product owners) to clarify requirements and resolve issues.Provide clear status updates and communicate risks, dependencies, and defect resolutions effectively.Stay current with emerging QA tools, technologies, and best practices.Suggest enhancements to QA processes, including test automation, code reviews, and performance testing.What you must have:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven track record in QA roles, particularly focusing on automation and Zephyr.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).Solid understanding of accounting workflows (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger).Knowledge of supply chain processes (procurement, inventory management, order to cash).Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under short-term contract timelines.Nice to have:ISTQB or equivalent QA certifications.Familiarity with API testing (e.g., Postman, Rest Assured).Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps environments.Understanding of cloud-based ERP integrations.For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
