Job description: A prestigious Toys Trading and Manufacturing company for over 30 years with operations and marketing offices overseas.Information provided by applicants will be treated in strict confidentiality and used for recruitment purposes only.Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance on safety, reliability, and functionality to Product Development and Engineering teams.
• Prepare QA specifications and collaborate with vendors for product testing.
• Conduct risk assessments, process reviews, and defect analyses.
• Review packaging artwork and manage external lab testing.
• Address customer inquiries on product compliance and take care of audits.
• Occassional factory visit for quality and audit issues if necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in the toy manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of US and European toy regulations.
• Familiarity with social compliance audits.
• ESG knowledge is a plus.
