Novo Nordisk is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Purchasing Supporter to join our PS API MSAT Business Support department. This position involves a variety of roles that are integral to our operations, ensuring streamlined processes and effective stakeholder management. Apply today!The positionIn this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing local sourcing processes, ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk’s standards, helping users in creating new suppliers, managing timely payments to suppliers, and offering support to our departments. We have an exciting position to offer with a great variety of tasks, ranging from:

• Manage End-to-End purchasing processes. To act as a Coupa Super User, assisting users involved in projects with the Coupa procurement system, ensuring efficient operation and troubleshooting issues.
• Ensure procurement compliance and quality aspects. Act as an SAP Finance Super User/ICE, you will support end users in projects related to SAP Finance, ensuring smooth and efficient processes, continuously updating your own skills in system and business processes, and keeping end users informed about new functionalities and system updates.
• Support MSAT organisation to increase procurement understanding and know-how. You will act as a super user, providing expertise and guidance to MSAT departments, and track and manage follow-up on procurement activities, ensuring seamless operations.
• Support MSAT departments and our investment projects with procurement and purchasing requests. You will also provide service-minded, professional service to ensure a positive reputation in project procurement and controlling, communicate within the organization reflecting Novo Nordisk values and organizational targets, interact with vendors, colleagues, and business partners to exchange knowledge and experiences, and represent Novo Nordisk in customer service contexts.

Beyond these specific responsibilities, you are expected to maintain composure and effectiveness in a demanding environment, understand the importance of documentation, exhibit excellent collaboration skills and flexibility, effectively communicate and share experiences with others, adapt positively to change, and drive change processes.QualificationsTo succeed in this position, we see that you have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant field.
• Some experience from a similar position.
• Understanding of purchasing processes and related tools.
• Experience working with SAP, especially SAP MM, Coupa or similar procurement systems.
• Fluency in English and ability to engage with stakeholders.
