Job description: Support the negotiation of contracts, purchasing of required goods, and record-keeping as it related to transactions and vendor performance. The incumbent will be responsible for the timely procurement of goods and services for the resort, ensuring cost effectiveness commensurate with quality.支持合同的协商议价，采购所需物品，并且保持关于交易和供货商表现的记录。在职人员负责为度假酒店采购及时所需的物品和服务，确保其成本效益与质量相符，物有所值。The Role：岗位职责：1.Supervise the purchasing clerk in performing the purchasing function督导采购文员其采购职能的工作表现2.Identifies and develops reliable sources of supply确认并开发可靠的供应渠道3.Processes purchase requests from departments处理各部门的采购申请4.Place approved orders接收批准的采购订单5.Establishes standard purchasing specifications建立采购标准说明6.Ensures products and resources are assigned to the appropriate department and billed accordingly确保物资被准确地分发到各部门并相应入账7.Ensures that market surveys are completed in coordination with the Executive Chef, F&B Manager and Accountant确保与行政总厨、餐饮经理和财务协调完成市场价格调查8.Purchasing according to the required time scale based on lead-time required for supply.
