Job description: Responsibilities:Handle full spectrum of logistics and administration support for the Purchasing DepartmentPrepare purchase orders, invoices, and related ordering documentsCarry out related communications on product and order enquiry, timely follow up with vendors, such as for quotation, ordering and delivery of products, etc.Assist in sourcing, forecast planning and logistical planningBeing record master for the Purchasing DepartmentClosely liaise with suppliers and sales representatives on product itemsRequirements:DSE / F.5 level or above with 2 years of relevant experienceExperience with retail industry is preferableGood command of English and Chinese, including written and spoken abilitiesGood command of Microsoft Office, Chinese and English word processing, and ERP systemAttention to details and good at communication with different partiesImmediately available is preferredPlease apply via “Quick Apply” if you are interested to the position.Our company offers attractive remuneration and benefits to qualified candidates.
