– Compare and evaluate supplier offers for price, delivery, and service terms
– Negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules
– Track purchase orders and monitor shipment timelines to ensure prompt delivery
– Review the quality of received goods and ensure compliance with specifications
– Maintain detailed records of orders, supplier data, and inventory status

– Prepare regular procurement reports including cost analysis and stock evaluations
– Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders as required
– Build and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers to secure high-quality goods and servicesQualifications & Skills– Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
– 2+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement operations
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
