Apply Now.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all purchasing activities of the Hotel, including sourcing, purchasing and deliveries of mainly the food & beverage items
• Prepare documentation of relevant purchasing activities including price comparisons, tendering, market surveys/analysis and supplier audit
• Assist in coordination of all food & beverage products and purchase specifications from respective user departments and suppliers

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or above in Business Administration/ Purchasing/ Supply Chain or related disciplines
• 1 – 3 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel and familiar with purchasing of food & beverage products
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge about the food & beverage product and market supplies
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
