• Assist in managing the whole procurement process independently;
• Assist in making purchases in accordance to instructions from project and QS department;
• Assist in sourcing and sampling new suppliers, and maintain a supplier data base;
• Responsible for product sourcing, price and terms negotiation with suppliers
• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures;
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Secondary five or above education level
• Fluent in Cantonese, good command of English and Putonghua
• Proficient in PC application such as MS Office and Chinese input
• Minimum 5 year working experience at Construction Industry
• Experience in handling purchasing field for building materials preferred
• Experience in using ERP system would be an advantage;
• Work independently, good organization and communication skills
• With valid green card is preferable
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assist Purchasing Officer
