Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Supplier Management

• Process purchase orders in MYOB EXO Business
• Ensure compliance with company standards
• Negotiate competitive pricing while maintaining quality
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delays
• Foster strong supplier relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities

Inventory & Stock Control

• Align purchases with production demand to minimize stock levels
• Maintain accurate inventory records in MYOB
• Assist with stock takes and reconcile inventory
• Recommend reorder points to prevent stock issues

Process & System Management

• Keep procurement records updated in MYOB EXO Business
• Use Microsoft Office 365 for reporting and communication
• Support process improvements and assist with Just-in-Time purchasing model

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Operations and Business Development to align purchasing with project needs
• Regularly update the Supply Chain & Inventory Manager on strategies and performance
• Provide timely stock updates and lead times

Skills & Experience:Essential

• 1+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain
• Proficient in MYOB EXO Business or similar ERP software
• Strong organizational and supplier management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Desirable

• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or related industries
• Understanding of Just-in-Time procurement principles
• Familiarity with inventory management
