Job description: Job Opportunity: Maintenance/Purchasing Co-ordinator CorkWe are seeking a Maintenance Stores / Purchasing Co-ordinator to join our clients busy site team in Cork. This role supports the Maintenance Department by managing procurement and stock control of mechanical, electrical, and consumable goods.Key Responsibilities:Source and order maintenance-related goods and materialsBuild supplier relationships and negotiate pricingCreate and process purchase orders using PEMAC softwareCoordinate with maintenance and production teamsManage deliveries, stock control, and inventory systemsMaintain accurate purchasing and stores recordsUphold health and safety standardsRequirements:Strong communication and organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft ExcelExperience in procurement or stores coordinationPEMAC system experience (preferred)Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skillsThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Fermoy.
