The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, resolving order discrepancies, and managing invoice accuracy. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless procurement operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupplier Coordination

  • Follow up on delivery dates with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff regarding short or oversupplied orders.

Invoice & Order Management

  • Verify purchase orders against invoices to identify and resolve pricing discrepancies.
  • Address and rectify any supplier-related pricing issues.

Supplier Communication

  • Respond to supplier inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to facilitate smooth procurement processes.

RequirementsQualifications & SkillsExperience in purchasing, procurement, or invoice management (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling invoices and orders.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
