The Purchasing Clerk at Easeca will be pivotal in handling our major client accounts and driving the administrative and organizational aspects of our business operations. This role requires a detail-oriented approach to managing tenders, purchase orders, and administrative tasks, while also providing support for project revamps and the preparation of new client requests.Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Relationship Management: Act as the main liaison for Mainland Chinese suppliers, ensuring effective communication for smooth cooperation.

• Negotiation and Sourcing : Apply negotiation skills to source high-quality products at competitive prices, balancing cost with customer and company requirements.

• Stock management : Conducting stock forecasts to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.

• Documentation and Administration: Oversee the creation and management of critical documents such as purchase orders, tenders, and administrative records.

• Project Coordination: Support project revamp initiatives, facilitating smooth execution and timely completion of project milestones.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, business coordination, or a related field.
• Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin; good command of reading and writing in English.
• Demonstrated expertise in supplier relationship management with a solid track record in managing Mainland Chinese accounts.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to fast-paced business environments.
• Exhibits strong problem-solving, multi-tasking skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiar with SAP for business operations management.
