Apply today for a life-changing career!The PositionAs part of the Business Support team, you will daily support the Purifications Plants (PP), where your primary tasks will be to manage planned and ad hoc purchases within indirect spend, primarily for skilled workers and project managers.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Purchasing Management: Manage planned and ad hoc purchases, create purchase orders, retrieve offers from vendors, and keep track of financial commitments.
  • Compliance & Systems: Ensure procurement compliance, handle service level agreements, invoice control, and payment to suppliers.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Communicate across the organization with skilled workers, operators, project managers, chemists, and managers. You will also communicate with external vendors, both in Denmark and abroad.

You will secure procurement compliance and handle service level agreements, invoice control and payment to suppliers, sourcing events, and be a super user in our purchasing system, Coupa. We offer training for the right candidate if the drive and motivation to become fully familiar with the systems are demonstrated.QualificationsWe realize that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the following attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

  • Experience working with purchasing and/or education within this field. Experience with SAP and Coupa is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and good communication skills in Danish.
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is an advantage.

As a person, you are self-driven, eager to learn, and capable of offering a high level of service. Solid business understanding and ability to adjust priorities accordingly. Structured with a solid sense of order. Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.About the DepartmentYou will join PP Business Support in Kalundborg, Denmark, where we are approximately 600 colleagues working in Purification, Quality Control, Maintenance, Projects, and Business Support.
